- **Event Description**: We are welcoming everyone to Pasithea Wellness Center for an in-person guided meditation and sound bath experience ✨ ? ? 

We will focus on the lower chakras, including: the root chakra for physical safety and security, the sacral for creativity & passion, and the solar plexus for self-identity and confidence. This meditation will end with drumming where everyone will be able to feel the soothing vibrations of a shamanic drumming.

Please bring a pillow, blanket and yoga mat for your comfort. Yoga mats will be available for purchase if you do not yet have one.
