A form of meditation that uses therapeutic sound vibrations from instruments, like Crystal Singing Bowls, to guide individuals into a deeply relaxed meditative state. It is an incredible tool to help regulate the body's Nervous System. It often takes one out of the "fight-or-flight" (anxiety) into a state where one feels grounded, calm and safe within the body. Thus, allowing individuals to embody their best self!
   Sound Bath Benefits -
Not only helps achieve a state of relaxation but also moves through energy blockages in the body. It has been known to help treat conditions such as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep disorders, pain, and autism.
    We will begin with a short guided Meditation/breathwork to allow you to transition with more ease while releasing tension held in your physical body.
   Join me for a deeply immersive and meditative sound experience. Sound Baths are an excellent way to reduce stress. Each person will lie on a mat or blanket with a pillow, while relaxing to the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, rain disk, and other overtone-emitting instruments. 
   Please BRING YOUR YOGA MAT and a pillow or blanket for extra comfort & coziness! (Eye covering if wanted.)  We will have a limited supply of extra mats and blankets on hand.
