“Move with Love”
Is an invitation to celebrate your own rhythm. Whether you are shaking off the week, flowing through a transition or simply basking in the joy of being alive - we move with kindness for ourselves and connection to each other.
Join us with an open heart and a willingness to flow!
There will be opening and closing circle, ecstatic dance and tea space. Please try to arrive 10-15 minutes beforehand so you have time to settle in and say your hellos before we begin
All ages welcome!!! Kids are welcome on the dance floor, the downstairs play area or on the playground out back. (Just make sure your kids are supervised and being respectful to the space, also parents please remember to help clean up the kid area after dance)

DATE -- February 21, 2026
LOCATION -- 2434 E Battlefield Rd, Springfield, MO 65804 (Unitarian Universalists Church)
TIME -- 1:00-3:00PM
COST -- $10 cash per adult (kids free)
- if this is your first ecstatic dance we welcome you to try it for free your first time
- no one will be turned away for lack of funds, come dance!
Ecstatic Dance Guidelines:
-Please arrive for Opening Circle @ 1:00 to hear these guidelines in person
-Dance floor is a space of dance, not talking, please go to the tea area if you want to talk. (Children are given some more grace on this rule)
-No drugs or alcohol permitted
- Respect each others space, get clear consent before getting too close to or touching other people.

-No phones or cameras on the dance floor. If you have to text or call please go out in the hallway (please silence your phone).
-Everyone must fill out a liability waiver at the door
Come as your authentic self and feel free to show up however you need to find fulfillment in this community space. Remember you don't need to know how to "dance". It's about moving in a way that feels good to you. We try to get out of our heads and into our bodies and hearts through movement to music. There's no doing it wrong.
