The End-of-Life Care 2026 illuminates the needs of fragile patient populations and promotes insights into coordinated care that improves outcomes for patients, their caregivers, and medical care teams. Sessions feature evidence-based practices for treating and supporting hospice and palliative care populations.

Designed for physicians, registered nurses, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, psychologists, social workers, chaplains and spiritual care providers, hospice administrators, care teams, community leaders, and volunteers active in palliative and hospice care.
