Embodied Her: Coming Home with Alchemy & Essence

Join Essential Yoga Studio as we host Racheal of Alchemy & Essence for Embodied Her - a monthly gathering in 2026 for women centered on connection, self-awareness, and growth. Through gentle practices and shared experiences, women are invited to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with themselves in a supportive, inclusive space.

January's theme is Coming Home: a gentle invitation to soften, release, and reconnect with yourself.

What to expect at January's circle:

Gentle Yoga
Guided Meditation
Vision Board Mandala creation
A releasing ceremony

Dress comfortably; hot tea, water, and all crafting supplies provided. Feel welcome to bring your own yoga mat and materials or use ours!

$60 per person. Please book your spot in advance.
