Connection Support Group is a peer-led support group for adults living with mental health conditions. Groups are led by trained facilitators living in recovery themselves and offer a casual, relaxed atmosphere where participants can share their challenges and successes. 

Whether you’re just starting to seek help or have been navigating this journey for years, you are welcome here.
?️ When: Last Thursday of the month, 6-7:30pm

? Who can attend: Open to all adults living with a mental health condition.
