6:45  - Doors Open 

7:00 - Meet & Greet

7:10 - Cacao & Tea Circle ( Share cacao elixirs & teas with gratitude , intention and song ) 

7:30 - Breath-Work ( Explore a variety of breathing techniques designed to stimulate and regulate your nervous system ) 

8:30 - Soothing Sound Bath with a variety of live instruments and a guided narrative meditation designed to help you process your past memories, your present reality and your future aspirations )

The Cacao elixirs will be lovingly brewed with pure ceremonial quality cacao, that has been directly and ethically sourced from wholesome family farms and collectives in Guatemala. 

Mint Tea will also be available for those who wish to enjoy a different beverage 

All are welcome to attend, we are asking a sliding scale contribution of $20 - $50  to cover material and venue costs, pay what you will, no one will be turned away.
