- **Event Description**: We are closing out the Fall season with an epic boatercross race at Snyder Whitewater Park! 

All racers must sign up via email (tj@watersafeohio.org) or by direct message. This event is free to sign up, although all attendees are required to have dry gear (drysuit or a wetsuit/drytop) and basic whitewater skills such as catching eddies and ferrying. The racers will start with an upstream attainment and from there will maneuver down each feature and finish at the boat ramp. We will race in groups of 3 or 4 depending on how many sign ups we get, and the top 3 finishers will be awarded prizes! 

If you are not interested in racing but would still like to enjoy the flow, a separate group will meet at Prarie View Recreation Area at 11 to set shuttle for the 5 mile run. 

Prizes will be announced 1 week prior to race day. Don't forget to register ahead of time so we can organize the race groups. 2-3 volunteer safety boaters will be needed for the race.        We hope to see you there at our final outdoor event of the season!! ??
