We'll have a short discussion, answer questions, 10-minute mindful yoga session for all experience levels.

About Love Stoma Rose:

Hi, I'm Becca! I'm a Crohn's and Colitis advocate, certified yoga instructor, and founder of Love Stoma Rose. I'm married to my amazing husband, Dakotah, and we're dog parents to our Chihuahua, Luci. I love yoga, concerts, adventures, and helping others find hope and community.
