✨ Let’s lift spirits while we lift weights! 💪

Join us on Saturday, December 13th at 8:15AM for our Donation Performance Class — all in support of The Doula Foundation.

We’ll have an Angel Tree in the studio with ornaments full of gift ideas for families in need. Bring a donation or choose an ornament and place your gift under the tree to help make the season brighter for someone else. ❤️🎄
