ASIST Training! (FREE)

FREE ASIST TRAINING!

Join us for a 2-day interactive workshop in suicide first aid. This in-person training is being provided for FREE and will equip you with valuable skills to help those in crisis. Learners become willing, ready, and able to intervene with someone who has thoughts of suicide. Everyone can help prevent suicide. Don't miss this opportunity to make a difference in your community. Register now and secure your spot! Attendance the first day is mandatory to participate in the second day. Attendees are required to stay for the duration of the training on each date.

Dates: Thursday, November 13th - Friday, November 14th

Times: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (each day, with an hour break for individuals to do lunch on their own)

Location: Springfield Baptist Church (Fellowship Hall), 400 N Main Street, Springfield, TN 37172*Recommended parking for this event is in the lot adjacent to N Willow Street.

This training is being sponsored by Mighty Oak Christian Mental Health Services and in partnership with the Tennessee Suicide Prevention Network and Springfield Baptist Church. Please note that in registering for this event that you are committing to being present for the duration of the ASIST training on both November 13th and 14th.
