- **Event Description**: In honor of National Wellness Month, Join Essential Yoga Studio's owner and instructor Sunni Nutt in support of Aids Project of the Ozarks (APO) - a nonprofit health center providing medical services, HIV/STI testing & treatment, case management, health education, and other health- related services in our community - on Sunday, August 16 from 6-8p.

Together, we’ll practice gentle, heart-opening yoga followed by a workshop where we’ll create Wellness Wheels in support of our health and wellness in hard times. In this workshop, we'll reflect on the areas of our own wellness that tend to fall to the wayside and create fun and colorful wellness wheels that make caring for ourselves just a little more automatic even in hard times! Essential is a safe space and a judgment free zone - come learn about yourself and make a commitment to your wellness too!

Sensory experience expectations: a portion of our time together will be movement-based and modifications that support all practitioners will be provided; the Studio space will be softly to brightly lit throughout our time with soft music playing on the speaker; no candles, incense, or other smoke will be burned during our time together.

This is an opportunity to assess and support your own wellness AND to contribute to the wellness and wellbeing of our community! All are welcome!
