Open to all RYT200 yoga teachers, learn the modality of aerial yoga in a safe and supportive environment. Learn how to teach safe and effective aerial yoga classes including ayurveda, anatomy, inversions and decompression techniques. 

Training topics include:

- History of aerial yoga
- Safety
- Sequencing
- Trauma informed aerial yoga
- Business and etiquette

Training begins Thursday, January 15th in the afternoon and runs through Sunday, January 18th.

- Thursday, January 15th- 3:00 to 9:00pm
- Friday, January 16th- 4:00 to 8:00pm
- Saturday, January 17th- 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Sunday, January 19th- 9:00am to 4:00pm
