From physical health resources to mental and emotional well-being, we are building a culture of care that extends far beyond a single day.This year’s event will take place on August 29, 2026, at Forest Park, providing a beautiful and accessible setting for our community to come together in celebration of health, wellness, and connection. Our collaboration with the Springfield Parks and Recreation Department has been instrumental in helping us grow this event and expand its reach across the community.This dynamic event will feature a 5K run/walk, a variety of fitness presentations designed for all levels, as well as music, food and local vendors, creating an inclusive and engaging experience for all who attend.Join us at the Lids Live Well-NESS FEST!!
