- **Event Description**: Once again, our group, 417 Freedom Fighters, is participating in the Springfield Veterans Day parade on Saturday Nov. 8th from 11am-3pm in Springfield, Missouri ?? We are very excited to have We the People of Greene County joining us!  This year, the parade will have an expanded route, vendors and activities.  The parade starts at 1PM; however, from what we have been told, line up begins at 11:30 on Trafficway behind the Shrine Mosque.  The parade will run from Trafficway to John Q Hammons to Walnut to Kimbrough, then back to Trafficway.   Our group plans on having a few vehicles decked out in flags, along with at least one flatbed.  We have many Military and American flags that will need volunteers to carry.  We will also have a lot of pick American flags and possibly more that will need to be distributed along the route.  If anyone is interested in helping out, it would be greatly appreciated!  Please keep in mind, this is strictly a non-political event.  Hope you all will join us, as we show our Veterans how much we love and support our Heroes!!

*Please note, the main event is solely organized by Ozarks Elder Law ... a huge Thank You to Lori Rook!  
This complementary event is our own effort to organize group members who would like to march with us/let us know how they would like to participate.
