Sound Bath with Caleb

A perfect way to relax and recharge from holiday craziness!

This is a meditation sound bath guided by Caleb. He will perform live meditative music along with traditional sound bath instruments. Come in comfortable clothes and a yoga mat. Feel free to bring pillows or blankets, anything you need to be most at rest. The session will last a little over an hour.

Limited to 20 people.
