FREE Yoga in the Park

Springdale Parks and Recreation FREE Yoga in the Park returns to the Tyson Recreational Park!

*Saturday morning classes will be held at the Randal Tyson Recreational Complex, in the Rotary Park area off 48th Street near the treehouse park.

Yoga Mats & Blocks can be provided but it is recommended for you to bring your own.
