Introduction to Ayurveda + Ayurvedic Cleanse Weekend

Join Claire for a nourishing weekend immersion into Ayurveda—the ancient sister science to yoga. You’ll explore the foundations of Ayurveda, understand the three doshas, take a dosha quiz, and learn how daily and seasonal rhythms impact your energy, digestion, and emotional balance.

We’ll cover morning and evening routines (dinacharya), Ayurvedic cleansing principles, and simple lifestyle practices you can begin immediately. The weekend also includes a 2-hour Ayurvedic yoga class with poses and breathwork designed to balance Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your unique constitution, personalized tools for daily well-being, and a gentle cleanse framework to support clarity, digestion, and renewal. Perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
