Important Information Regarding Race Items (Transparency)
- The number of medals and swag bags was based on past years' registration data.
- Medals had to be ordered 8 weeks in advance.
- Many sponsor-supplied items for the swag bags had to be ordered 6+ weeks ahead.
- To receive a race t-shirt, you had to register prior to November 1st. Race t-shirts are no longer available.
Guaranteed Race Items
- Medals: Guaranteed for the first 475 registrations. These will be included in your swag bags. (We have 475 medals total). 11/4 9:45PM we have over 475 registrations.
- Full Swag Bags (including medal): Guaranteed for the first 400 registrations.
- All other runners will receive festival-supplied swag items, including a free drink ticket. We are proud to offer these items without increasing our entrance fees!
All event proceeds benefit Operation Santa, Springboro Community Assistance Center, and The Pantry serving Franklin, Carlisle, and Springboro.
5k Race begins at 9:00am- at the corner of W. Mill St. and S. Main St.
Medals following race in Entertainment Tent Awarded to top females and males in each division: 10 & under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over.
