WHAT IS RUACH?
Ruach (רוּחַ) is the Hebrew word for breath, wind, and spirit — the same breath God breathed into Adam in Genesis 2:7. The same wind that moved over the waters in creation. The same Spirit that raised a valley of dry bones in Ezekiel 37.
This isn’t New Age breathwork. This is ancient, biblical, Spirit-led — and it is powerful.
Each session in the Ruach: Breath & Becoming series is designed around a specific theme of healing and identity in Christ. Session 3 moves into the heart — the tender, guarded, deeply loved heart that God is always, always moving toward.
