Operation R.J.S., in partnership with Rooted & Rising Foundation and Radiant Rise Wellness, invites you to take a pause and simply breathe.

Join us for a free, in-person Somatic Breathwork & Sound Healing Experience created exclusively for female veterans. This gentle, restorative experience is designed to help calm the nervous system, release built-up tension, and create space for peace, renewal, and connection.

During this experience, you’ll enjoy:

• Guided somatic breathwork
• Restorative sound healing
• A safe, welcoming, and supportive environment
• No pressure to share—just come as you are
• Time to relax, reset, and reconnect with yourself

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water.

After the session, join us for lunch as we continue building community and connection with fellow women veterans.

This experience is intentionally limited to the first 12 female veterans who register to ensure a peaceful, personal, and supportive environment for everyone attending.

Proof of military service is required to attend. Please bring your DD-214, Veteran ID Card (VIC), VA Health Identification Card (VHIC), military retiree ID, or other acceptable proof of service at check-in.

Also, all attendees will be receiving an exclusive swag bag sponsored by Luxe Woodlands!

Sometimes the strongest thing we can do is slow down, take a deep breath, and allow ourselves to receive the same care we’ve spent so much of our lives giving to others.
