Join us at Maks Sports Bar for a 1-hour, all-levels yoga class, followed by Sunday brunch!
Noooooo you dont have to put your leg behind your head, or do a hand stand. This isnt that kind of yoga. This is the bend a little, breathe a little, make room for brunch kind of yoga.
