"9D Journey – Anchor to Presence" is a 60-minute immersive breathwork experience designed to bring you back to the only place your power ever lives: the present moment. Through gentle, down-regulating breathwork, hypnotic guidance, and 432Hz sound therapy, this journey helps you slow down the noise of the mind and reattune to the wisdom of your body. Layer by layer, you'll dissolve past attachments and future anxieties, softening into a deep somatic awareness of now. This session is ideal for anyone seeking clarity, nervous system balance, or a reset into mindful living. It blends hypnotic affirmations, guided body scans, box breathing, and visualization to bring you into a state of relaxed presence and expanded awareness. Who is this journey for? This journey is for anyone feeling scattered, overstimulated, or lost in thought. If you find yourself trapped in loops of overthinking, disconnected from your body, or overwhelmed by the demands of life—this session offers a sanctuary of stillness and clarity. What should I bring? -loose, comfortable clothing -a blanket if you get cold -don't eat for at least 2 hours before this session so that your tummy does not become upset! You will be laid back in a zero gravity chair for this class with an eye mask and headphones on. This will all be provided for you. While you will be in the class with up to 8 people, once the journey starts you will be in your own world with no knowledge of what anyone else is doing. This journey is a great complement to the other breathwork journeys offered.
