- **Event Description**: Attention ALL outdoor enthusiasts! This class is open to everyone of all ages, we encourage families interested in learning archery basics to attend a free class provided by the Ohio Division of Wildlife on April 15th, 2026, from 6 pm to 8 pm.

Instructors will cover topics including proper stance, archery techniques, and target practice. This class will cover the basics of shooting with a Genesis bow and will not cover bow hunting. All equipment will be provided, including both right-handed and left-handed bows. Participants are asked not to bring outside equipment.

Attendees should meet at the Spring Valley Shooting Range and Education Center at 3570 Houston Rd, Waynesville, OH 45068. The class will be held at the indoor range. If you have any questions, please contact Jordan at 614-204-5856 or email at Jordan.Johnson@dnr.ohio.gov.
