Wintering: A Breathwork & Ayurveda journey into your inner resting place

Winter in Ayurveda is a time to soften, slow down, and gather warmth.

Instead of pushing forward, we turn inward.

and the heavy ones

— all with compassion.

What to Expect:

You will be guided through a RESET Breathwork journey; a 3 -part consious-connected breathing practice that accesses deep layers of the subconscious mind and body. This experience opens the pathways for healing, clarity and transformation.

Please bring a journal, pen,yoga mat and blanket. Please wear comfortable clothing.

****Please refrain from eating or drinking anything 30 minutes prior to our session together due to the nature of breathwork.

Kim Beighley is a Ayurveda Counselor and RESET Breathwork Facilitator who leads from a place of peace, authenticity and deep self-trust. Kim believes we are our own healers and true fulfillment comes from within, nutured through presence, breath and self-care.
