We are also happy to have the pleasure to welcome Paul Chauvet back from Champagne Jacquart to be joining us for the exquisite tasting of the their portfolio.  Chef Justin had the opportunity to taste through the current vintages and they are so great!  You do not want to miss this!! 

Paul comes from a family of winemakers in the Loire Valley, producing wine since 1814. He holds the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines and has been working in the wine and spirits industry for 2 years now. His career includes roles as a Sommelier Assistant at the Beau-Rivage Palace in Lausanne, Switzerland, Sales Agent for Les Amis Vignerons, a portfolio of wine producers in Paris, and Brand Ambassador for Les Bienheureux, a French spirits company. 

We will have accoutrements that will pair perfectly with these beautiful bubbles! For the added bonus, Chef Justin has had the pleasure of being able to visiting the Jacquart House during his travels to France and he is delighted to share this experience with you all!
