Learn the progress of baby, hands on movements and support for their transit, comfort measures, and nervous system regulation. Practice how to work together, along with your birth team, for a more efficient physiological birth. 

Thanks to the generosity of our community, we can offer the Prenatal Prepare + Partner workshops at NO COST to families. We do ask, however, for you to register via the link so that handouts and supplies are ready for you.

About the instructor: Sandy Parker has a Bachelors of Science degree in Health Education and nearly 40 years of teaching movement, nutrition, and lifestyle health to people of all ages. Her passion is to support women from menarche to menopause so that they are EMPOWERED by their female function and sexuality. She has numerous post-graduate certifications including for the reproductive years being a Body Ready Method® certified Pro, Trauma-Informed Birth Educator, and Birth Doula.
