Under the guidance of our expert chefs, Patrick and Jeremy, you’ll not only learn the craft—you’ll live it:

- Discover the secrets behind perfect crêpes—from classic batter techniques to creative twists.
- Master multiple methods of preparation, including traditional stovetop and modern approaches.
- Learn how to balance textures and flavors with both sweet and savory fillings.
- Create your own crêpes using a variety of gourmet ingredients—from fresh berries and Nutella to smoked salmon and herbed cheeses.

Following the hands-on portion of the evening, you'll sit down with the chefs to enjoy a generous meal including your freshly prepared crêpes and wines from the Lilley cellar.
