FIVE TIBETAN RITES

✨ December 6 at 6:30pm-8pm as part of the Rising Earth Collective in Summerland I will be offering a 5 Tibetans Teaser in advance of the 5 Tibetans/5 Elements workshop series early in the new year cycle.

✨The 5 Tibetan exercises (or rites) have been practiced for 1000’s of years, brought to the high himalaya by wandering yogis on their travels and adopted by Tibetan monks.

✨These 5 movements engage the 5 Elements that correspond to the first 5 Chakras, and 5 paired organs and it gets more complex from there. They are thought to enhance longevity when practiced regularly.

✨On 06 Dec I propose teaching the 5 Tibetans as a one-off class and then unpackaging each one in a series to follow.
