Thankgiving Gratitude Yoga & Sound

On Thanksgiving morning, we will gather together to express our thankfulness, gratitude and appreciation for life itself. Join us for an all levels, Vin & Yin practice with Ashlee & Christine accompanied by the harmonious sounds of crystal bowls, drums, chimes and gongs played by Alana & Asia. Find balance and peace with gentle movement, breathwork and a sound meditation. This practice will help cultivate gratitude and kindness for all beings.
