Sound Bath - By the Water

Join us for a serene session of deep relaxation and renewal at the beautiful Bourgmont Winery. Set amidst the peaceful landscape of this stunning vineyard, this immersive sound bath experience will guide you into a state of harmony and tranquility.

Through the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, you’ll be invited to release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re new to sound healing or a seasoned practitioner, this experience is designed to promote relaxation, clarity, and inner peace.

Come early to settle into the ambiance, and prepare to journey into deep relaxation. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything else that makes you comfortable. Stay after and enjoy the tasting room — you’re welcome to bring your own snacks.

$30/person

All participants will get 10% off wine purchases the day of the event.

Note: This event will take place rain or shine. Weather permitting, the sound bath will be held outdoors, but if conditions are unfavorable, we will move indoors.
