✨ Enhance overall knowledge of balance, flexibility, and vitality.
✨ Encourage healing and strength in your daily movements.
✨ Learn how to age gracefully by listening to your body.

This series is led by Gail Mongiello, who brings over 20 years of experience in The Nia Technique and is passionate about sharing the Joy of Movement.
