We are happy to announce that Cathy Anesi, LCSW, RM is returning to the Sonorium of Sacred Sound Yurt on Sunday, April 26 for Reiki Level II Certification Training.
Reiki II is where your practice expands and deepens. This hands on certified workshop focuses on advanced techniques, sacred symbols, distance healing, and learning how to confidently and ethically work with clients. You will strengthen your intuition, refine your energetic awareness, and gain practical tools to integrate Reiki into personal or professional sessions.

About Cathy Anesi, LCSW, RM
Cathy Anesi is the Owner and Director of The Lighthouse Retreat and Wellness Center. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience working with individuals of all ages, families, and groups, and she supervises the therapeutic staff at The Lighthouse.
She is a Reiki Master, holds certifications in Cranial Sacral Therapy, and completed Level 4 training in PURE Healing Light Energy. Cathy integrates energy healing modalities with traditional psychotherapy when appropriate, creating a supportive and effective space for clients to process emotional challenges.
Cathy is also a Level II EMDR therapist. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a structured psychotherapy approach developed to resolve symptoms resulting from disturbing and unresolved life experiences, commonly used for trauma related disorders such as post traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, and depression.
She received her MSW from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Work with a concentration in children and families and has worked extensively with families of children with disabilities in the Westchester County area through Early Intervention and the Committee for Preschool Education. She currently provides family therapy using the NEST modality in collaboration with the Lighthouse therapeutic team.
