Rising From the Fire is a 4-day immersive retreat designed for the woman who has spent years being strong, steady, and selfless — and now feels the quiet ache of her own unmet needs.

This is where you release what you’ve buried.
This is where you reclaim what you lost.
This is where you rise into the woman you’re becoming.

Through drumming, breathwork, regression, somatic healing, energy work, ritual, movement, nature and sound, you’ll move through the three core wounds:

Rage — The suppressed, misunderstood fire.

Grief — The ache, the loss, the stories never witnessed.

Selflessness — The parts of you given away until nothing was left.

This is a sacred, immersive weekend devoted to deep emotional release, energetic healing, and soul-level reclamation.

Each day builds intentionally:
• Release: letting go of pain, old stories and repressed emotion.
• Reclaim: rediscovering voice, worth and inner fire.
• Rise: integrating peace, empowerment and purpose.

And you won’t do it alone.

Big Raven Farm is quiet, sacred, intentional land — a place where soft hills meet open sky and the world slows down just enough for you to hear yourself again. Nestled in the Driftless Region, the farm becomes both container and collaborator:

• cozy indoor gathering spaces
• firepit under the stars
• handcrafted communal meals
• sauna & soaking
• reflection spaces
• gentle walking paths
• creative integration stations
• art barn & cozy nooks

And built into the retreat are integration activities — giving participants space to rest, breathe and process. This isn’t a push-through retreat. This is an exhale retreat.

Single bed, shared room or private room options available.
