Big Shrimp is a young, high-octane progressive improvised rock band formed in 2024 in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Blending danceable funk, exploratory rock, and daring improvisation, their sound is as intricate as it is infectious. Built on diverse, catchy songwriting delivered by all four members—Jared Sage Cowen (Guitar/Vocals), Max Perrotti (Bass/Vocals), Daniel Cohen (Keys/Vocals), and Henry Thomas (Drums/Vocals)—Big Shrimp has quickly gained national attention, including placement on Spotify’s Modern Jam Band editorial playlist.
Emerging from Philadelphia, Catullus is building a reputation up and down the East Coast for their deep-grooving, sweat-inducing live sets.
