As the longest night passes and the days begin their gradual lengthening, we are invited not into urgency, but into tending. This gathering is a pause point — a space to listen inward, reflect, and gently welcome what is ready to come back online in your body and your life.

Tending the Return is a grounded, nervous-system-centered sound journey for restoration, clarity, and quiet renewal. There is no performance here — only presence, sound, and the slow re-entry of warmth.

Through the deep resonance of gong, singing bowls, shruti box, drum, and chimes, layers of tone and vibration invite your body to soften and your breath to deepen.

Let sound melt static, loosen what’s been held too tightly, and return you to a steadier internal rhythm.

This is a restorative, sensory-based event. All are welcome — no prior experience with sound baths or journaling is needed.
