Ensure that your belly and armpits are covered for comfort and ease; the fabric will be pressed against these areas in some postures where the skin is sensitive.Long hair should be tied back, fingernails must be of a reasonable trimmed length, and absolutely no jewelry should be worn during class; this is both for your safety and to prevent tears in our aerial silks.
