Join Jessie Jo and Matthew Chavez for a special New Year’s edition of Rhythm of the Soul, a fusion of breath and sound designed to help you cross the threshold into a new chapter with clarity, grounding, and intention.
Chosen with love, the tones played have shown results in calming the body. Using a variety of different instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, and more, tune into the healing abilities of such sacred tools. Jessie will use a variety of instruments to ground you before the breathwork session and guide you into a state of bliss at the end.
Matthew will guide a breathwork experience that invites you to explore your internal landscape for healing, growth and self-discovery. In this group experience, we will co-create a sacred space that will allow you to build a deep relationship with your breath so that it becomes a catalyst for your personal awakening and overall well-being.
Through conscious rhythmic breathing, breath holds, and intentionally curated music, you’ll be guided through the terrain of your inner world—softening old patterns, dissolving stress, and clearing the residue of the past year. With each inhale and exhale, you’ll be invited closer to your authentic self, awakening your inner wisdom, your innate capacity for healing, and the fresh possibilities of a new beginning.

Matthew's Bio
Matthew is a Breathwork facilitator and a Somatic coach. Since a young age, Matthew has had a deep curiosity and drive for exploring the human body, mind & spirit. Experiencing a back injury at age 18, Matthew needed a long-term solution for managing and healing the pain. Committed to a deeper healing process he discovered breath and somatic coaching. It was through these practices he unearthed a sacred connection to breath & body, what has become an essential relationship to nurture.
