# Event Details - **Event Name**: No Kings 5 Spokane: Vote Early - **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 17 Oct, 2026 at 12:00 pm (-07:00) - **Event Description**: SCHEDULE 12 noon- If marching, be at your start locations (Corbin Park, Garland Theatre, or Franklin Park). 12:30- Marchers start. 1PM Marchers arrive at the Stage. Program starts. 2PM roughly Program concludes, Disperse to Tables 3PM Sign waving on Division and Garland 4PM Clean up! All hands welcome! THE MARCHES This event begins with three marches starting at the following parks: Corbin Park (long march), Garland Theatre (medium march), and Franklin Park (short march). The purposes of the marches is to get as much visibility as possible and to reduce parking congestion at BA Clark Park. Long (Corbin Park), Medium (Garland Theatre) or Short ( Franklin Park ) March route. Each Route has leaders, Crossing guards, De-escalators and Music. If you decide to March, be at the starting park by 12 noon. The marches will take @15 minutes, and will start Promptly at 12:30. Don't miss your leaders showing you the way. THE PROGRAM At 1pm there will speakers and music on stage on the Stage on the West Side of BA CLARK Park. They will be surrounded by 40+ community organizations for you to visit, see, and volunteer for. Bring friends who may not be registered to vote! Our theme is “VOTE EARLY”. It is a call to move beyond frustration and into action. Whether that action is volunteering, organizing, speaking out, creating art, or simply standing beside your neighbors, every step forward matters. Do something that you like. Bring signs or props → Make your message visible! (Ideas: “NO KINGS IN AMERICA!”, “THE PEOPLE UNITED”, “NOT YOUR PIGGYBANK!”) Recruit friends → The more people, the more power. Record everything → Post photos/videos with #NoKingsVoteEarly, and #UseADropBox SAFETY We're in this together. Community safety is a top priority. The event will be supported by trained peacekeepers, security volunteers, and a Dialog Team to help ensure a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for everyone attending. Our goal is to create a space where people can gather peacefully, share ideas, and support one another. We keep us safe: No Kings - VOTE EARLY will be a weapons-free, non-violent event. Maintain non-engagement with any hecklers. Please don’t take the bait. Sidewalks will be kept clear to allow all people to pass. Volunteers from local organizations are trained and ready to uphold safety goals. VOLUNTEER! We Need You!!! Volunteers include crossing guards, conflict de-escalators, tabling, murals, poetry, and Q&A info booth assistants. Everyone represents not only themselves, but also those who are not in attendance. We are all safer when we are mindful, respectful, and considerate of others. Be aware that our actions will affect people in the broader movement.
