Low Lyra Workshop with Firey Red Ruby

This workshop focuses on using the lyra close to the ground, allowing students to connect with the lyra on a new level as we explore grounded flow, smooth connections, fun shapes, and expressive movement.

Low lyra shifts the focus from intense strength demands to intentional movement, control, and fluid transitions. With the added support of the floor, you can move with more ease while building confidence, coordination, and body awareness. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to deepen their foundation while discovering a softer, more controlled side of aerial.

Seasoned aerialists and brand new beginners are all welcome. Age 14+, all bodies, genders, and backgrounds welcome.

About your Instructor:

Beginning her aerial journey in 2021, Fiery Red Ruby (Ruby) is known for her dedication and love of learning. She quickly immersed herself in training across multiple apparatuses and enjoys exploring the connections between them while bringing versatility and creative perspective into her teaching. Ruby is certified in Beginner and Intermediate Lyra Instructor training through Spin City and holds an additional certification in Active Flexibility. She is passionate about helping students build confidence, discover their strength, and experience the same sense of empowerment that aerial has brought into her life.
