4 Weeks • 2 Hours Each • All Levels Welcome

Ready to step into your spotlight? This 4-week burlesque series will teach you the Top 10 essential burlesque dance moves while building confidence, stage presence, and playful sensuality. Whether you’re brand new or refining your skills, you’ll learn how to move with intention, tease with control, and command a room.
We’ll wrap up the series with a fun, supportive mock burlesque show, where everyone gets the chance to perform in a low-pressure, celebratory environment!

No “perfect” body required — just bring your curiosity, sass, and willingness to shine.

Session 3: Props & Power

● Explore Chair Straddles & Leg Drapes
● Practice bold Finale Poses

Build comfort with floorwork and stage shapes

The Finale Pose (Floor or Standing)

Participant Supply List
Please bring the following items to each session:

Footwear
● Heels you can comfortably dance in (character heels, dance heels, or sturdy pumps)
● Optional: Knee pads (highly recommended for floor work)
● Comfortable sneakers or tennis shoes.

Clothing
● Comfortable dancewear you feel confident in (leggings, shorts, bodysuit, fitted top, etc.)
● Layers you can remove (robe, button-up shirt, gloves, etc. — great for practicing reveals)
● A small towel (we will sweat!)

Practice Props
● Gloves for glove peels
● Stockings for stocking peels
● A lightweight robe or wrap

Personal Items
● Water bottle
● Notebook + pen (optional for notes)
● Basic makeup for practicing facial expression & performance (lipstick recommended!)

Mindset
● An open mind
● A playful attitude
● Willingness to celebrate yourself and others.

In our final session, we’ll present a fun mock burlesque show — feel free to bring any costume pieces you’d love to incorporate!
