An Evening Roundtable for everyone curious about how business or any work we do in the world, gets to change our community. This evening we will hear from Helmer of Mountain Top Mentality about what it means to lead with a servant's heart and why that matters in our world right now.

Participants will:

Hear honest, real stories from facilitators who are leading from their values

Discover what it looks like to lead with purpose, treat people as whole human beings and build something you can actually stand behind

Leave with concrete integration steps. How you will choose differently going forward?

This discussion is highly participatory and we can't wait to see all that we dream up together and the unique, creative ways we get to put it into action. Business is never neutral...it impacts the community around it and beyond. Be a part of the change.

About our speakers: 
After mid-2020 invited a serious life reset, David and Helmer chose adventure. They simplified their lives, packed what fit, hit the road with their beloved dog Emma, and traveled through 38 states, 36 national parks, and more than 50,000 miles before finding home here in Spokane.

Their mission through Mountain Top Mentality is rooted in this truth:

“Your mountain does not need to be physical in order to see the summit.”

Whether your mountain is a roadblock, a dream you have been avoiding, a hard season, or the courage to choose something different, David and Helmer bring humor, heart, and real-life perspective to what it means to keep climbing.
