- **Event Description**: Join us for a hands-on, beginner-friendly No-Knead Bread Workshop where you’ll discover just how simple and satisfying homemade bread can be. In this 2.5-hour class, you’ll learn the fundamentals of no-knead bread baking while working through three different recipe variations designed to build confidence and flavor.

Throughout the workshop, you’ll practice mixing, shaping, and handling dough, gaining the skills needed to recreate these recipes at home. Each participant will leave with two prepared loaves: one ready to bake as soon as you get home, and another that will continue rising and be ready to bake shortly after. You’ll also receive a printed packet of recipes and helpful baking tips so you can continue making beautiful bread long after class.

What to Bring:

A large cutting board (for shaping and working your dough)

While a Dutch oven is ideal for baking no-knead bread at home, alternatives will be discussed during class if you don’t have one.

Whether you’re brand new to bread baking or looking to expand your kitchen skills, this workshop offers a relaxed, supportive environment to learn, create, and enjoy the process.

PLEASE BE HERE 10-15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR WORKSHOP BEGINS TO CHECK IN. YOUR WORKSHOP STARTS PROMPTLY AT THE LISTED START TIME.

SELECT STORE PICKUP ON CHECKOUT. NO NEED TO ACTUALLY PICK UP YOUR TICKETS. WE WILL JUST CHECK YOU IN ON THE DAY OF YOUR WORKSHOP.

CANCELLATION POLICY

DUE TO LIMITED SEATING, WE REQUEST THAT IN THE CASE YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOU DO SO AT LEAST 72 HOURS BEFORE A SCHEDULED CLASS. THIS GIVES US THE OPPORTUNITY TO FILL YOUR SPOT. YOU MAY CANCEL BY PHONE OR IN PERSON. IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR CLASS, WE CAN OFFER YOU A REFUND IF YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE 72 HOURS. HOWEVER, IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE 72 HOURS, YOU WILL LOSE THE PAYMENT FOR THE CLASS.

LATE POLICY
