Exploring Rhythm, Balancing Connection

Swing Dig welcomes back Joy Davina for a weekend workshop diving into rhythm and connection.

Two 90 minute sessions structured to help maximize absorption and integration of the material;

The first exploring new, and better ways of keeping and expressing rhythm.

The second, mapping the nuance of pitch and poise, and the application of leverage and counterbalance.
