Losing someone you love is one of the hardest things in life, and it's a journey no one should have to walk alone. If you're struggling with grief, our group, Seasons: Moving Through the Changes of Grief and Loss, is a safe and supportive space to find healing and comfort.

Join our 10-weekly session and connect with others who understand what you're going through. Together, we'll explore the path from mourning toward finding joy again.

We'll meet every Monday evening from September 22 through December 8 (skipping October 6 and November 24) at 5:30 PM at the Spirit Lake Seventh-day Adventist Church 32771 N 5th Ave, Spirit Lake, ID, 83869.
