Join Cara for this 2 Day Usui Reiki Level I Workshop. This workshop will take place at Abracadabra in Sperryville, VA.

This class offers:

-History and principles of Reiki
-Basics of energy healing and the concept of Qi
-How to administer Reiki for self-healing and treating others
-Techniques to channel and balance Reiki energy
-Attunement to Reiki Level 1
-Using Reiki for holistic well-being
-Introduction to the chakra system and how it relates to Reiki
-Preparing your Reiki healing space

*This includes an hour lunch & 2 10 minute breaks each day.
