Hop Tamale: May Beer Dinner

Join us at the Buffalo Rd. Brewpub for a laid-back night of bold flavors and craft beer pairings. We’re serving up a multi-course menu inspired by Mexican favorites. Each dish will be matched with a complementary Rohrbach brew.

Welcome Course • Warm Corn Tortilla Chips and Salsa

Course 1 • Elote Corn Salad

Course 3 • Tequila Lime Shrimp Tacos OR Beef Barbacoa Enchilada
[2] tacos: marinated grilled shrimp, lime crema, charred pineapple salsa, cilantro, flour tortilla; served with rice and beans
[1] enchiladas: baked flour tortilla stuffed with beef barbacoa and topped with melted cheese and enchilada sauce; served with rice and beans
