You will flow effortlessly into a deeply restorative sound bath journey, cradled by the rhythmic movement of the water and washed over by healing therapeutic sound waves. You’ll leave feeling completely regenerated, connected, and renewed. ✨✨

Never tried paddle board yoga? Don't worry! ?‍♀️? I emphasize relaxation and gentle movement, not perfect poses.We will make sure you feel completely safe, confident, and supported every step of the way. All poses are optional, and the goal is relaxation. We have comfortable and wide paddleboards to make it easy! This is a judgment-free zone. ?
