# Event Details - **Event Name**: IndySCCA 80th Anniversary Celebration and Hospitiality Room at the Indiaanpolis Motor Speedway - **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 20 Jun, 2026 at 10:00 am - **Event Description**: The Region is excited to announce that a social meeting and celebration of our 80th anniversary will be held at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway on June 20, 2026, during the RacingAmerica Trans-Am / SVRA / Formula 4 event weekend! We have the opportunity to hold our 80th Celebration at the most famous racetrack in the world, during a racing event!!! This SVRA racing event will feature some cars from +40 years in the past, when they were running at SCCA events across the country. The Region has secured a Hospitality Room at IMS from 10am to 6pm on Saturday June 20, located at Pagoda Plaza North Chalet #10. This indoor, air-conditioned space will be available for all current and past members to take a break from the June heat and sun to relax, reminiscence, and catch up with the members. There will be NO COST to enjoy this Hospitality Room during the day, as the Region will not be furnishing any refreshments. The room will have enough tables and chairs for members to enjoy their own lunch & beverages. The IMS concession stands in the nearby Pagoda Plaza will be open with their world famous IMS track menu, as well as the normal food & drink tents/trucks/trailers at IMS events. Members can also take advantage of the IMS walk-in personal cooler & food rules. A 2pm assembly has been scheduled for everyone to meet, with a yet-to-be announced speaker with a short program about the region’s history. Entry to the Hospitality Room happens via several ways: 1. buying a walk-up General Admission ticket at the IMS entry gates, 2. buying admission in advance online, or 3. the BEST DEAL: entering the 2026 Indy - Hagerty | Cars & Caffeine Car Show The Car Show entry gets you 2 tickets, each good for Saturday and Sunday IMS entry, parking INSIDE THE TRACK near the Pagoda Plaza, AND a Saturday escorted Track Tour, where entrants can drive their show car on the IMS road course during the noontime break in the racing activities. Members that take advantage of this deal pay only $60, which is just about the cost of 2 single day entry tickets, and comes with free parking INSIDE THE TRACK!
