With a B.A. in Psychology, Master’s in Education, and an Associate Certified Coach credential in Health and Wellness, Melissa specializes in guiding individuals from states of overwhelm and burnout to sustainable resilience and growth. Her evidence-based approach combines practical strategies with compassionate guidance, helping audiences develop self-awareness, self-compassion, and lasting life balance. Based in Belle Fourche with her husband, she brings warmth, authenticity, and actionable insights to every presentation.
